Alejandra Guzman will be putting her career commitments on hold for a while as she undergoes leg surgery on January 9.
The surgery, a process called left hip arthroplasty, has been long overdue for the singer. Guzman was supposed to go through with the procedure last year, but postponed it due to her busy schedule. A representative informed the public that the star was suffering from hip discomfort due to the wear and tear from her left femur’s head.
Guzman will have to put her wild rock moves aside for quite a while. Her doctors report that the singer won’t be able to put any pressure on her leg for six weeks post surgery. Looks like she will be getting plenty of bed rest!
The star will continue to rock out for her fans once she gets the green flag from her doctors. Good luck!
