It’s official. J. Lo. has finally moved on from her backup dancing beau, Casper Smart, for the self-proclaimed “Champagne Papi” himself, Drake.

While she had us there for a moment by kissing Marc Anthony at the Latin Grammys, that seems to have just been a kiss between friends and co-parents, but of course, his soon-to-be ex-wife Shannon De Lima didn’t think so.

Hours after J.Lo. and Drake made their relationship Instagram official, Marc Anthony filed officially filed for divorce.

Anthony might not be the only one sad to see Drake and “Jenny from the Bronx” attached at the hip. After the news broke of the musical collaboration-turned-romance, international pop star, Rihanna quickly unfollowed Lopez on the social media platform.

Earlier in the year Drake presented Rihanna the VMA Vanguard Award and declared his love for her.

Rihanna was one of Lopez’s closest friends in the music industry. Eight months ago, RiRi even gifted Lopez with a pair of navy Manolo Blahnik, shoes that can cost anywhere from $500 to $900.

@badgalriri Thank you soooomuch for these incredibly sick ass boots!! #Rihanna #manolos #loveher #thebaddest

#FourthHarmony Contract Up in the Air with Camila Exit

While Camila Cabello‘s exit from Fifth Harmony left many fans aghast and confused, especially with the social media back and forth with her ex-bandmembers, the fate of the remaining four singers as a girl group has been halted.

Before Cabello’s untimely departure, the five bandmates had the option to resign their individual contracts for Fifth Harmony after it expired on Dec. 18.

If all members of the band had returned the group would have had a guaranteed third recording deal on the table with Epic Records, but with half of the remaining songstresses that are left making music outside of what is being dubbed Fourth Harmony during their free time, the record label is beginning to wonder if it is worth renewing, according to

The Cuban singer breaking out and leaving the group has been in the cards from the inception of the group. Although Cabello is most famous for being a part of the quintet, she initially tried out as a solo singer on the American version of X-Factorand once assigned the option to be in the group or hightail it she stayed in what was initially called 1432, until music legend, L. A. Reid suggested a name change for the band.

In a 2012 performance on the show, Demi Lovato is seen saying that Cabello “shined” the brightest out of the group while singing Taylor Swift’s “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.”

Over a million in album sales later, Cabello, while still happy to be a part of the group did express concern over not pursuing her own individual musical tastes, which she described as similar to guitar wielding maestros “Ed Sheeran” and “John Mayer.”

Not only has Cabello mentioned her love for slower, more soulful songs a lá Zayn Malik from One Direction, but she has managed to rack up two hit songs outside the group as a co-lead with Shawn Mendes for “I Know What You Did Last Summer,” and she worked with Machine Gun Kelly on “Bad Things.” She also received a songwriting credit on each single.

But where does this leave Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, Lauren Jauregui and Normani Kordei? Well, Kordei and Jauregui both let it slip that they had solo plans long before Cabello left the group, but neither had planned on permanently going it on their own anytime soon.

This leaves Ally Brooke, and Dinah Jane who was Cabello’s biggest supporter during a lot of the behind the scenes troubles, the most in the lurch if Fifth Harmony doesn’t become Fourth Harmony.

Instead of the four remaining singers wasting their time fighting with Cabello on social media as to whether she was kicked out or left the group, Jane and Brooke should be rallying Kordei and Jauregui to remain in the band in hopes to solidify at least one more album, because the clock is ticking and reps at Epic Records will need a reason to believe that the foursome can make harmonious music together.

Ryan Seacrest Wants to Play Matchmaker to Niall Horan and Selena Gomez

Since the American Music Awards on Nov. 20, fans of both Niall Horan and Selena Gomez are wondering if the former paramours are back together after both attended the music award show.

While at 102.7 KIIS FM radio station, host Ryan Seacrest tried to get the deets on Horan’s love life, only to discover that the now solo Directioner, who has been working on a new album, has been single for over a year.

Seacrest was quick to suggest that Horan should “rekindle” his relationship with Gomez.

Horan, not to shy about the rumors asked Seacrest to “sort it out” for him, but later joked that he was happy being single at 23.

Shakira’s Chantaje Music Video

After dominating the radio by becoming number one in 16 countries, “Chantaje,” Shakira’s new hit single featuring reggaeton artist Maluma, is taking over YouTube with both the lyric video and music video.

In six days the lyric video for the song had over 8.3 million views and the music video racked in over 13.2 million views in just four.

The incredibly sexy video, which was shot by Director Juame De La Iguana, features Shakira and Maluma crossing paths in an Indian deli that leads to a secret nightclub in a back room.

Enchanted by Shakira‘s presence, Maluma leaves the deli and follows her into the hidden, yet chic club.

Throughout the video, Shakira’s tries to seduce Maluma into getting on the floor by playfully dancing and giving him some shots to drink.

When wearing a pink wig, a bustier cutout top and black and see-through silver skirt ensemble doesn’t work, she goes to the men’s bathroom, ditches the wig and reveals her signature blond locks. Later, she has on some dangerously short shorts strapped with a strategically placed leg harness on the outside.

When she catches Maluma watching her change she starts dancing seductively.

After everyone clears the club and Shakira does a sultry dance in between two mirrors, Maluma finally comes around and the two dance hand in hand towards the end of the video.

Famous for her hips movements, her huge afro and an imposing presence that quickly grab the attention anywhere she goes, Dana Danelys De los Santos, better known in the music world as Amara La Negra, is an urban artist who has earned the respect of millions of fans since she began singing professionally in 2013.

This artist, with her light-colored eyes and impressive beauty began her career in entertainment at the age at 4 years-old when she won a beauty pageant for girls in Univision’s “Sabado Gigante” TV show.

“I later was part of a segment where children would talk with Don Francisco. That taught me to be self-confident. Thanks to that opportunity, I became a dancer at the Latin Grammys, Premios Lo Nuestro and for many important performers,”

said Amara.

Born and raised in Miami by Dominican parents, from an early age she felt she had art and music in her blood.

“I live for the stage. The adrenaline I feel when I grab the microphone and see the audience can’t compare to anything else. I live for that moment. I live for music,”

said the exuberant singer of Dominican descent.

Despite her years of preparation in dance, acting and singing schools, the performer has closely encountered the ugly face of racism and the rejection of some media – Latino media in particular-for her skin color.

“They never consider that a woman like me can represent Latinas. They are always looking for someone like Shakira, Sofia Vergara or Jennifer Lopez. I am fighting to break this stereotype because I am proud of who I am, of my roots, of my “bad hair” and I know that many Latinas identify with me. “

One of the most important moments in this 25-year-old artist’s career was having the chance to play Celia Cruz in a documentary about the life of the legendary salsa singer.

“To me, Celia Cruz was an inspiration for her charisma and things she was able to achieve. I grew up listening to Tina Turner, La India and Olga Tañon. These women gave me strength and inspired me to want to be like them.”

She said

On several occasions, Amara has been harshly criticized and deemed immoral due to her song lyrics and her sexy movements. This does not worry her, as she knows that the same people who attack her are the same people who later support and applaud North American stars such as Rihanna or Miley Cyrus who has a similar style.

The singer said to be grateful for her success, and told us that her mother has been her rock, her support in this challenging career.

“My mom is my other half, my heart; and you cannot live without your heart.”

She describes herself as fresh, daring and very bold.

She is certain that her career is on the rise and says that she can feel and taste success already. When the time comes to say thank you, she includes her “haters” for being a part of her success and for giving her the drive to do everything they say cannot be done.

“I’m not afraid of anything, I take a chance and jump and, what I don’t know something, I learn. And as my mother says, “Nothing ventured, nothing gained”

Shakira’s Sexy New Single

After over a month of anticipation, Shakira‘s new single “Chantaje (Blackmail) ” featuring Maluma has finally hit the airwaves.

Shakira’s new single will be a part of her first full album under Jay-Z‘s Roc Nation management team. Her previous manager was Argentine lawyer Antonio de la Rua, who was her romantic partner for 11 years.

Unfortunately, after leaving Rua, he sued the multiplatinum singer initially for $250 million and then for $100 million. The lawsuit was dismissed and Shakira moved on to a relationship with Spanish footballer Gerard Pique with whom she has two sons with.

Could “Chantaje” be about her former lover?

Throughout the song Shakira sings that “en esta relación soy yo la que manda (in this relationship, I am the boss) and that “Yo nunca quise burlarme de ti (I never wanted to mock you).”

Listen to the full song below.

Lyrics below:

Yo te quiero aunque no quieres
Puro, puro chantaje
Puro, puro chantaje
Yo te quiero aunque no quieres
Puro, puro chantaje
Puro, puro chantaje
Vas libre como el aire
English translation

I love you but you do not want
Pure, pure blackmail
Pure, pure blackmail
You are free as air
In this relationship, I am the boss
Do not stop ball, that’s bad propaganda
So that you’re gone, so you eat the ear
Do not go right, which is not twisted
Ask him, or anyone you want
Look swear it is not so
I was never a bad intention
I never wanted to mock you
I love you but you do not want
Pure, pure blackmail
Pure, pure blackmail
You are free as air

Mariah Carey and Billionaire Beau on a Break

While ending things with Nick Cannon, Mariah Carey found a new vision of love with billionaire businessman James Packer. A divorce and seven months later Carey was engaged to the investor and philanthropist in Jan. 2016.

Sadly, after a nine-month engagement the new chapter in her life didn’t last long as Packer and Carey are putting a break on their nuptials.

This comes as Us Weekly reports that the couple hadn’t seen each other for a month after Carey failed to show up to Packer’s birthday party in Greece.

Since then, Carey has been seen with ex-husband Cannon and their twins for a Halloween party. The breakup also explains why Mariah Carey canceled the South American leg of her tour.

Many cite Carey’s extravagant lifestyle and her new dalliance with becoming a reality television star as the main points of contention for the separation.

The still married Australian businessman is known for being ultra private and Carey’s lavish ways and lack of a relationship with his family made him question if marrying the songstress was the right move.

However, friends of Carey say that Packer’s “behavior” and him not being “mentally healthy,” and therefore not present in their partnership was a contributing factor according to E! News.

A press release by Packer and Carey acknowledging the state of their relationship is on the horizon. While the two are putting a pause on getting married, friends from both camps say that they are both open to reuniting in the future if they can find a way to get to a better place according to Women’s Day.
