Oscar-winning comedian and actor, Robin Williams has passed away at the age of 63, according to police in Marin County, CA.
Receiving a 911 call at 11:55 a.m., of Robin Williams being found unconscious, and not breathing inside his residence in Tiburon, California, one can only imagine the shock and emotional toll that it took on the dispatcher handling this call.
“The male subject, pronounced deceased at 12:02 pm has been identified as Robin McLaurin Williams.”
The Sheriff’s Office Coroner Division suspects death to be suicide due to asphyxia, a thorough investigation will be completed before a final determination is made and released.
Robin Williams won for Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his role in “Mrs. Doubtfire”, appeared in dozens of films including “Good Morning Vietnam,” “Jumanji”, “Good Will Hunting,” “Dead Poets Society,” “Patch Adams” and lets not forget “Happy Feet”.
Robin is leaving behind a wife Susan Shneider, and 3 children; Zelda Rae Williams, Cody Alan Williams,and Zachary Pym Williams.
