Felipe Galindo presents “George Washington Revisits Washington Heights” a series of humorous works on paper in which he imaginatively intertwines the past and the present.
Galindo found inspiration for his project from the history of Washington Heights, where the Battle of Harlem Heights took place and where George Washington commanded the nation’s troops during the Revolutionary War.
