In partnership with Food Network and its New York City Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE, Time Warner Cable is providing New York City area customers with an exclusive opportunity to sample food and cocktail creations from the cast of Chopped. A limited number of free tickets are now available for customers to pick up for the October 11 event at the Landmarc restaurant in the Time Warner Center which begins at 10PM.
Participating chefs include familiar Chopped faces such as Ted Allen and Maneet Chauhan, Scott Conant from Scarpetta, Amanda Freitag, Alex Guarnaschelli from Butter and The Darby, Marc Murphy from Benchmarc Restaurants, Marcus Samuelsson from Red Rooster Harlem, Aaron Sanchez from Centrico, Chris Santos from Beauty & Essex and Geoffrey Zakarian from The Lambs Club.
Time Warner Cable residential customers can pick up a pair of free tickets at Time Warner Cable stores in Manhattan, located at 46A East 23rd Street and 2554 Broadway (at 96th Street). Store hours are 8AM to 7PM Monday through Friday and 8AM to 5PM Saturday. Tickets will be given out on a first come-first serve basis while supplies last. A valid photo ID must be presented to receive tickets.

In addition to free tickets to the Chopped event, Time Warner Cable customers can get a discount to attend a festival event taking place on Sunday, October 14. The New York Times and Save Me, San Francisco Wine Co. present Trucks & Train hosted by Andrew Zimmern is a celebration of wine, food trucks and carts and will take place at Basketball City on the Lower East Side. Customers can visit the Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival website and enter promo code ‘TWCFood’ to receive $25 off on tickets. The Grammy Award-winning band Train will be performing at this exciting tasting event.
