Did you know that by pouring draft beer, letting the foam spill form top, then quickly even it out with a spackle or knife will oxygenate your beer and influence the taste?
These are some beer secrets, we learned at a recent invitation to Heineken offices in Manhattan. What’s cool is that they have an actual bar with refrigerated Heineken bottles and draft beer smack in the middle of their corporate office. Nice way to work huh!… Well in reality, it seems they only use it for special events & presentations and not for employees use during work hours. I guess, that is a good thing.
