Fito Blanko y Fuego, might not be the dynamic duo, but together these two solo artist are making their mark as a duo with their hit song VIP. Fito mixes his hip hop flavor with Fuego’s pumping merengue to provide the world with a club banging track.
Fito Blanko is a Panamanian reggaeton artist raised in Canada who besides being fairly new to the industry has already collaborated with Drake, one of the top artists out there, in his song Mambo.
Fuego is from Washington D.C. of Dominican descent. He has had huge success with his hip hop merengue style music in such songs like ‘Que Buena tu Esta’, who featured Deevani, and ‘Mi Alma Se Muere’ who he had the honor of working with Pitbull & Omega.
Even though when I asked them which music they listen to they responded that they liked hip hop as well as meringue and reggaeton, they stay true to their Latino heritage when it comes to music.
