
Henry Santos wins first place in yesterdays final episode of season 3’s “Mira Quien Baila.” Fernando Arau placed second and Alicia Machado came in third. The program opened with Gangnam Style which featured the three finalists followed by an appearance by television host Mario Lopez. All 10 participants performed on the final episode. Maxi Iglesias opened up the show with a tango followed by Maripily in a merengue. The first finalist to dance was Fernando Arau who danced to mambo song “Hotel internacional.” Pulido then danced to a rock song after which Valentina, the first eliminated participant, danced to a regional Mexicano. Victor Manuelle sang his new single “Me Llamare Tuyo.” Alicia Machado was the second finalist dancing a samba. Sammy then danced to disco classic “It’s Raining Men” followed by La Chilindrina dancing to a rock song to replace Maria Antonietta de Las Nieves. Roberto Tapia followed the dance with his new song “Mirando Al Cielo” accompanied by dancers. Henry Santos was the last finalist to perform and danced to Nicki Minaj’s “Starship.” His cousin singer Romeo wished him luck and reminisced of Henry’s great dancing during the Aventura days. ““Tiene que ganar porque es tremendo bailarín” said Romeo. Argelia Atilano danced to Pitbull’s “Sube la manos Pa’Arriba” and was then followed by Chino y Nacho accompanied by the five winners of Nuestra Belleza Latina. It was then announced that Alicia Machado was the third runner up. The two finalists were asked to dance again. Fernando danced a quick step and Henry danced a merengue number. At the end of the program it was announced that Henry was the winner of the third season of Mira Quien Baila with 41% of the vote. The grand prize was $50,000 to his charity, The National Latino Children’s Institute. Congratulations Henry!!!
