Luis Fonsi is the proud father of a bouncing baby girl! The star took to twitter to officially announce the arrival of his daughter Mikaela, with girlfriend, and Spanish model, Agueda Lopez.
The Puerto Rican singer first announced the pregnancy through a written statement released last summer directed to his fans. He wrote, “Today I would like to share with you the beautiful blessing that God has given me, which has brought much happiness to our lives. With excitement, Agueda and I anticipate the arrival of our first child next January.” Seems baby Mikaela decided to come earlier than expected!
In an official press release, it was reported Fonsi’s baby was born December 20 at 1:46pm in Miami, Florida. The singer’s daughter also weighed in at 6 pounds and 7 ounces. Despite her early arrival, baby Mikaela appears to have been born in perfect health.
Fonsi and Lopez will be celebrating the holidays this year with their new bundle of joy. Congrats to the two new parents!
