Paulina Rubio is no longer taken. According to Spanish television show “Espejo Publico”, the star has split from husband Nicolas “Colate” Vallejo-Nagera.
The Mexican singer married Nagera on April 30, 2007 in Cancun, Mexico. The two share a one year old son, Andrea.
The separation comes at a difficult time for Rubio. The star was recently tried on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence after a car accident in Florida. Rubio was able to avoid the trial and have the charges dropped, however, due to her lack of a criminal record and the mild nature of the charges. The star did agree to attend traffic and road safety classes and donate $500 to the institution.
According to the same show, witnesses saw Nagera flirting with a female guest at a wedding he recently attended without Rubio. The event is one of many the two have frequented sans the other. The couple also reportedly spent the Christmas holiday in different countries.
If the rumors are true, Rubio, who is signed to Elite Model Management, is sure to capture the heart of another lucky fellow soon enough.
