On Tuesday August 5th over 250 members and friends of the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey gathered @ Son Cubano Restaurant in West New York to celebrate Diversity. SHCCNJ Chairman Carlos Medina told the crowd in attendance that Diversity makes an organization stronger and that Diversity in the Boardroom, in your workforce and among your vendors makes your organization both stronger and more profitable. Some NJ elected officials in attendance were Assemblywoman Angie Jimenez, West New York Mayor Felix Roque and Perth Amboy Mayor Wilda Diaz. The Gold Sponsor for the evening was Horizon Blue Cross of NJ.
