The Carnaval De La Cultura Latina will be held on Sunday, September 22nd from 11am to 6 pm on Junction Boulevard from Roosevelt Avenue to 37th Avenue.
The Carnaval’s goal is to promote the art, music, dance, and great food from the Latino culture, as well as a day of fun for the whole family. In 2012, we had over 60,000 men, women, and children of all ages attending the event and we expect that number to grow.
The vendors will provide the attendees with all kinds of Latin American arts and crafts, music, food and many other items. Children entertainment will include a petting zoo, pony rides, inflatables, face painting, games, and lots of giveaways as well as food samples being distributed among the public. As in the past Carnaval, we will include a Health and Wellness component
