In enhancing customers’ entertainment experience and letting them Enjoy Baseball Better, Time Warner Cable today announced the launch of a Sweepstakes in partnership with MLB Network. Customers can enter the Time Warner Cable MLB All-Star Game Sweepstakes to be one of the five lucky Grand Prize winners to win a trip for two to go behind the scenes with MLB Network’s Intentional Talk™ at the MLB All-Star Game® in Kansas City.
Winners will meet the hosts of Intentional Talk, 2004 World Series champion Kevin Millar and longtime MLB broadcaster Chris Rose, and visit the set of Intentional Talk while the show shoots on location in Kansas City leading up to the 2012 MLB All-Star Game. Winners will also each receive a four day, three-night trip for two to attend the All-Star Game, which includes air transportation and accommodations. In addition to two tickets to the 2012 MLB All-Star Game® on July 10, the winners will each receive a pair of tickets to the 2011 MLB All-Star FanFest® event and 2012 State Farm® Home Run Derby® to be held on July 9.
Intentional Talk airs every weekday afternoon on MLB Network at 5:00 p.m. ET as an open forum where Millar and Rose cover the day’s biggest news in MLB and provide viewers with a more personal side of MLB’s biggest stars. Viewers can interact directly with Millar, Rose and the show via their respective Twitter handles, @KMillar15, @ChrisRose, @IntentionalTalk and through MLB Network’s official Facebook page.
Entrants must reside in a Time Warner Cable service area and be a fan of the Time Warner Cable or Mi Cultura Facebook pages in order to complete and submit the online registration form by May 4. The five Grand Prize winners will be notified on or around May 7.
