One of my New Year’s resolutions was to donate more of my time to helping our community. In my experience when we hear about giving back to the community most of us think of hands on work, long hours, and giving some sort of donation. What would you do if you could try delicious cuisine along with giving back to our community?
Once I came across this worthy event for a cause I asked “Where do I sign up?” A taste of Long Island is featuring Long Islands Finest Restaurants. The Carltun at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, NY is hosting this event Monday January 27, 2014 from 6:30-8:30 PM.
This buzz worthy event is restoring hope for victims of abuse at The Safe Center LI. The Safe Center LI is the home of the Coalition Against Child Abuse and Neglect and the Nassau County Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
