WTF? Trend: The KFC/Krispy Kreme Fried Chicken Luther Double Down Sandwich

Gah! We can hear our arteries clogging from here with this concoction. The KFC/Krispy Kreme Fried Chicken Luther Double Down Sandwich is a combination of two super-high-fat concoctions – the KFC Double Down and the Luther Burger. A Luther Burger is any hamburger with a glazed donut standing in for a bun, currently popularized in the form of the infamous Krispy Kreme Bacon Cheesburger, and cash cow for the “This Is Why You’re Fat” brand. So what you’ve got here is one mother of a sandwich that starts with a half Krispy Kreme glazed doughnut, extra Colonel’s Sauce (gotta get in those added calories where you
can), fried chicken breast, Colonel’s Sauce, cheese slice, bacon, cheese slice, fried chicken breast and other half doughnut. At a whopping 900 calories per serving, and an untold number of grams of fat, we caution you against eating this sort of thing every day.
