Matt Barnes leaves Basketball Wives star Gloria Govan for Eva Longoria during the Lockout. Now that’s an interesting storyline!
Before Gloria had time to snatch off her earrings about new rumors that circulated regarding an alleged ‘flirty date’ between Eva and Matt, Eva quickly shut the rumor down via twitter.
According to the _blank”>NY Post, Eva Longoria and Matt Barnes were spotted dining with two friends in New York last Thursday and seemed very in to each other.
Spies at the Greenwich Village restaurant said Longoria, who’s still dating Penelope Cruz’s younger brother, Eduardo, also dined with two of her close friends — stylist Robert Verdi and entrepreneur Loren Ridinger – but seemed very focused on Barnes.
A spy in the restaurant told us: “There was definitely a spark between Eva and Matt. They weren’t seated next to each other, but you could tell there was something between them. There was a little hand-holding over the table and a lot of eye contact.”
A week before he made the announcement that he had split with Gloria Govan, Eva and Matt took on Vegas’s Nikki Beach with George Lopez (pictured above), however according to Eva, there is nothing going on. She posted to twitter:
