Sofia Vergara landed the cover of People En Español‘s special issue dedicated to the 25 most powerful women. According to Forbes, between 2011 and 2012, the Colombian actress took home 19 million dollars thanks to her role on Modern Family, her movies, her clothing line, and her endorsement contracts. Speaking of her success Sofia told the interviewer, “It would be very ungrateful of me to still ask for things at this point.” “Now, I just wake up thanking.” Along with Sofia other Latinas who made the list included Lucero, Jenni Rivera and Eva Longoria.

Shakira Plans To Name Her Son ‘Biel’
Shakira and her beau Gerard Piqué are rumored to have chosen the name Biel for their first-born son. Shakira chose the name Biel, which is of Catalán origin because it translates to “The Lord’s Servant.” The mom-to-be even Tweeted pictures of herself (and her tummy) after the FIFA Women’s World Cup performance in Azerbaijan. “I felt awesome on stage!” she wrote. “We really enjoyed tonight!
