I was recently invited to a music video shoot by Fito Blanko during a shoot for Sensato’s music video which also features Pitbull, and Mr. Sak. It all started when I interviewed Pitbull’s Nayer, in which he saw me and then added me on twitter. “Your interviews are amazing” he tells me. Blanko’s music has featured Drake, Pitbull, Beanie Man, Fuego, and El Cata. He has opened up for Daddy Yankee, and he has appeared on the Latin Grammy’s. He has number one songs in Miami, and on the Billboard charts. Blanko’s friend and producer Sen Sei has remixed Pitbull’s and Shakira’s song “Rabiso”. He originates from Panama.
“The idea to collaborate with Drake came while eating Chinese food” he explains when they were together. “Then we went to Sensato’s place to record” he says. Blanko sings me a verse of his music. And, yes my heart was pounding when he sang me my favorite song “Besame Mucho,” music to my ears. He teaches me some romantic things to say in Español too. We also hip hop to his music as well. Since Pitbull was missing from the shoot, I give him a little dance to featuring Pit’s song to reveal my dress. I know I am such a tease. Yes, ladies, he is single. “Money does not buy love” as he mentioned to me.
His faith in God is obviously is what gets him to the top. “Always PRAISE HIM, cause without Him nothing is possible. You always have to have FAITH” he says compassionately. What inspired me to do the interview was after me being upset about some issues I traveled to the “land of milk and honey”, where my heart was restored by God there. However, when I came back I saw he was following me on twitter. This is the kind of person he is as I saw how warm and friendly he was when I entered the shoot, and he greeted and talked to me with so much love in his heart. A class act!
