KeepSmilingLovato has embarked on claiming the number one trend spot for the Disney star, and so far is making waves. As of early noon, the number 7th trend was KeepSmilingLovato with fans retweeting the message all around with praises for the star’s noticeable large and bright smile.
The surprise trend’s arrival comes at a time when the young Camp Rock and Sonny with a Chance star is settling down after a rough patch before the New Year. After announcing her departure from the Jonas Brothers Live in Concert tour back in November 2010, and an assault on a Jonas Brothers backup dancer due to allegations she has been publicizing Lovato’s private life to tour managers, Lovato entered rehab to get help with personal issues she has been suffering with. In January of 28, Lovato completed her inpatient treatment and returned home which would explain why the sudden campaign to keep Lovato smiling.
