Meet Papa.
Papa is a Persian kitty that lives in Japan, where — apparently — animal birthdays are a big deal.
For his trouble, Papa was dressed in a tuxedo, sat in a toddler’s chair, and was given a fruit truffle (what, not even a tuna casserole? THE NERVE OF SOME PEOPLE!) with candles…that he couldn’t blow out.
The look on his face says it all: “What’s wrong with these people? I am a CAT. I was WORSHIPED in Ancient Egypt. And this is what my species has become. I AM NOT AMUSED.”
We feel for you, Papa. We really do.
