Fher Olvera, lead singer of Mexican band Mana, hit the floor during his performance and not in a good way. During his performance Fher took a long step forward which landed him on head first on the pavement in the middle of the eighth edition of the PresidenteFestival in the Dominican Republic.
Imagine this, Manaparades within the band members on stage belting an incredible performance of “In the Spring of San Blas.” He walks toward the audience without realizing that he had reached the edge of the platform, where he fell right into a group of fans and security officials.
Through his social media, Fher announced that he is in good health with a funny gesture implied that “things happen!” “Yesterday I fell, I had a slip,but nothing happened to me, I took a ride in the air, like a cat. Right now we can not falter, we are working on a new album …. Thanks to those who were concerned.”
I guess with the emotion of performing at such an amazing event just illustrates that no matter the numerous performances the humane side still gets overwhelmed with the experience. Who’s to say he wasn’t thinking about going to Boca Chica Beach or La Romana? The sounds of waves and the smell of the ocean would distract anyone.
