In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, Tr3s: MTV, Música y Más joins forces with Venezuelan designer, Luis Pons to create TR3S BLING, the network’s product-with-a-purpose initiative under Tr3s’ pro-social campaign Agentes de Cambio (ADC). The interactive magnetic bracelet personifies Latino pride and honors the young Latinos who are creating significant changes in their communities across the US. A 100% of the net proceeds will benefit Ashoka’s Youth Venture, a non-profit organization that empowers youth to create change and fund social ventures.
TR3S BLING is the latest creative output from Pons’ original Uno Magnetic collection, which has been seen at the famed Museum of Modern Art in both NYC and Japan, and now expands into key retailers in the US, Europe and Japan. The concept of Uno is fueled by a powerful magnetic force that encourages trendsetters to share a connection and spread positive energy. TR3S BLING has two magnets each with inscriptions that together read “I am a Changemaker” and “Yo soy un Agente de Cambio”; color chains can also be added to fit both male and female trendsetters. It retails for $19.95 and is available for purchase at tr3s.com/agentesdecambio starting September 15th in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.
