After taking the off-Broadway sketch comedy scene by storm with three consecutive sold-out shows, the crazy cast of Room 28 teamed up with Ford en Español to drive up holiday cheer for deserving Hispanic foster children of Upper Manhattan, during an all-new comedy show at the Julia de Burgos Cultural Center last Saturday.
Together, Room 28, Ford en Español decked the halls with balls of funny to help bring holiday smiles to all present. Attendees provided unwrapped toys for donations.

Room 28’s name inspiration derives from the popular Dominican saying “el cuarto veinte y ocho” – the 28th room, a reference to the island’s notorious insane asylum positioned at the 28th milepost between the cities of Santiago and Santo Domingo.
