Video model Rosa Acosta is on this month’s cover of Smooth Magazine, & her recent pictures (above) have lead some people to believe that the Dominican heartbreaker may have had some surgery to emphasize her — ahem — assets!

Now, it could be that Ms. Acosta has had a few extra helpings of good Dominican food…but we’re not sure. What do you think?
(For the record: we recently received an “inside tip” from an admitted “player.” This player has said that the easiest way to tell if a woman has butt implants is to look at her thighs. “Every woman who has a real donk has a mean set of thighs to match. If you see an apple bottom on two toothpicks, that butt’s not real!” Now, while Ms. Acosta certainly has some flesh on her bones, we’re not sure if it’s a real butt or a fake butt. Still…if it is fake, it’s a job well done!)
