Jennifer Lopez returns to the judging table for the 14th season of American Idol. Her sidekicks Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr. will also be back and who can forget the host Ryan Seacrest.
David Hill, senior vice president of 21st Century Fox, is excited to have the team reunite for another season.
“Jennifer, Keith, Harry and Ryan are the very best in the business at what they do, and I’m thrilled that they are returning to American Idol for another season,” he said in a statement.
“Each brings unique qualities and expertise to the team, but they all share the same passion for helping undiscovered singers achieve the American dream”
While the audition phase will remain in a two-night format, the singing competition will likely be downsized to one episode per week during the live shows.
