
Nicki Minaj, Maluma and Myriam Fares have released their infectious, happy-go-lucky World Cup song “Tukoh Taka”. It has a funky hook and a throbbing beat.
The song features English, Spanish and Arabic lyrics, it celebrates unity, culture and diversity and is produced by Gordo, Play-N-Skillz and Massari. The video was directed by Edgar Esteves and Juan Felipe Zuleta
Tukoh Taka, which is the latest addition to the tournament’s official soundtrack, will capture the FIFA World Cup fanfare with this happy-go-lucky song.
From the FIFA Fan Festivals taking place in Doha’s Al Bidda Park and stadiums across Qatar, Tukoh Taka will set the tone for an unique experience by showcasing three of music’s most iconic voices.
Trinidadian-born Nicki Minaj, who is based in the USA, is known as the “queen of hip hop”, becoming the best-selling female rapper of all time.
Maluma is a globally acclaimed Latin Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter from Medellin Colombia, and Lebanese singer Myriam Fares has tens of millions of followers across the Middle East and globally.

With the trio teaming up for an anthem that spans regions and genres to reflect the global reach of the FIFA World Cup and the inclusivity of the game, fans will associate playing Tukoh Taka with momentous moments during a true futbol festival.
The artistic trio will perform live on opening evening of Doha’s FIFA Fan Festival, the day before the action kicks off with Qatar v. Ecuador.
