Shakira and Bizarrap‘s “Music Sessions Vol. 53” has taken over in breaking Guinness world records with hit single “Music Sessions Vol. 53”

Colombian global icon Shakira, has done it again. She has now broken 14 Guinness World Records (GWR) thanks to her Bizarrap-produced single which was released in January marking the first collaboration between the two and an historic one at that.
The “Shakira and BZRP Music Sessions Vol. 53” is a hyper energetic electro Latin, pop hit and is also a dis track aimed at her ex-husband Gerard Pique.
The song now makes both Shakira and Bizarrap title holders as it has become the most-streamed Latin song on Spotify in both a 24-hour and single-week timeframe. The track received 14.4 million streams in a single day, and 80.6 million streams in a week.

How the track came about:
Shakira and Bizarrap joined forces for “Vol. 53,” in which Shakira slams her ex, Spanish soccer star Gerard Piqué, with slick bars about how a top-notch ‘loba’ shouldn’t settle for any ‘tipos’ like him, accompanied by a contagious electronic beat. Since its launch in January “Music Sessions Vol. 53” has been on fire.
Shakira — whose Grammy Museum exhibit opened to the public March 4, Has been busy, she recently released her collaboration with her paisa Karol G, with the catchy single “TQG,” which was highly-anticipated by their fans. The single is part of Karol’s Mañana Será Bonito album that currently sits at No. 1 on the Hot Latin Songs chart as of date of this post.
