Yoga can be a very relaxing exercise where your physical and mental are being strengthen through poses and relaxation methods. It is very good for the body for losing weight or for maintaining your weight and for toning up. We invite all seniors every Thursday morning from 11-12pm to come enjoy this exercise and make it part of your regimen and the great part is that it’s completely free brought to you by the NYPL.
All participants must sign waiver before they join in.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Bring a yoga mat or beach towel.
