Major League Baseball played its annual All-Star Game, Tuesday night. The 88th edition place at Marlins Park, located in Miami, Florida, with the American League winning over the National League by a 2-1 score in 10 innings.
Seattle Mariners second baseman Robinson Cano provided the winning hit, a home run in the 10th that won it for the AL. Cano’s home run, is only the fourth extra-inning blast in an All-Star Game and the first in 50 years, led Cano being named the game’s Most Valuable Player. He received a Corvette to go along with his MVP crystal bat.
Cano thanked, God, his family and the fans. It was evident that he and his fellow ball players were having a blast Throughout the game, especially Cano, always smiling and looking very relaxed.
