Jennifer Lopez is having an excellent start to 2016. With two shows on air—on separate networks—Jenny from the Block is now headlining her own Las Vegas show Jennifer Lopez: All I Have.
This past Wednesday night, Lopez, 46, kicked off her new head-lining Las Vegas show at The AXIS within the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino before a packed crowd who eagerly awaited the much talked about show.
“It felt great. It felt really great. It’s a room—it’s a different venue than what I’ve played before and I wanted to tailor the show to fit in that room, and I think it felt really good,” said Lopez, after her first show, “We worked really hard on it so people could have a good time and everybody at the end of that concert was on their feet dancing and jumping and singing.”
The show was filled with Lopez showing off her dance moves as well as her singing talents. The show contained Lopez’s most famous singles like Get Right, If You Had My Love, Love Don’t Cost a Thing, and of course Jenny from the Block.
But the launch of her Las Vegas residency was not filled with surprises. During various numbers, Lopez was accompanied by an array of stars. Guest performances like Ja Rule came on stage for I’m Real, Ne-Yo appeared for I’m Real, and Pitbull showed up for On the Floor. (“I’m Real”), Ne-Yo (“All I Have”) and “Mr. 305” himself Pitbull (“On the Floor”).
But high-profiled stars didn’t only support Lopez on stage but in the audience as well. Within the crowd of adoring fans, Leah Remini, Justin Bieber, Cheryl Burke, Hoda Kotb, Gina Rodriguez, Wilmer Valderrama, Sherri Saum, Rebel Wilson, Ryan Seacrest, as well as Ray Liotta and the entire cast of Shades of Blue, and many more.
“Thanks J.Lo for the amazing concert tonight!!!” Rebel Wilson captioned a video of a performance she posted on her Instagram account. “P.S. For some reason I stopped this video right before you winked at me…which SUCKS…but we both know it happened! Congrats!!!”
“So… That moment when u looking through ur phone 2 take a pic & realize Jen’s actually ???? at you..???????? .. #AllIHave,” tweeted Wilmer Valderrama on his Twitter along with a photo of Lopez looking and pointing at him.
Lopez’s headlining show runs through June and tickets along with VIP packages are currently on selling with prices ranging from $55 to $229 plus taxes and fees. So, if you’re in Sin City check it out.
